And the Sweet Fairy Blogmother is not perfect, herself!
Her mission is to help fix errors on blogs; spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
When someone first visits your blog, these things make a first impression. We all want that to be a positive reflection on you, the blogger. And I am here to help you with that!
When I visit a blog and notice an error, I will KINDLY point it out. I hope you will take it in the spirit in which it is intended; with kindness and maybe a little humor.
If you have, or seek, advertisers or other media relationships, this could help you there as well; a blog with poor spelling and grammar may not attract the same offers as one that has been whipped into shape by the Sweet Fairy Blogmother!
I even have a lovely button that you can place on your sidebar or in a post, if you choose:
You are also welcome to nominate someone for a visit from me; just leave me a comment, or send me an email at SweetFairyBlogmother(@)gmail(dot)com .
Love & Fairy Blessings!

Maybe you could stop by my mother in law's facebook page.
ReplyDeleteI have alerted her of her common misspelled words in her status updates and she thinks I'm crazy.
She says: "Oh because you have a degree you think you know it all"
These are the words she misspells or missuses every day:
Mourning vs. Morning
Tomorro
She uses the wrong use of appostraphes and possessives.
Example: "There were a whole bunch of boy's outside my house"
I've tried telling her that she means boys, not boy's, she says I'm wrong.
Or because she can't locate the coma on her keyboard a typical sentence from her says:
"Its a great mourning' what are you doing today?"
So annoying!
I don't know...I will let her be stupid, I guess I've politely told her of her ignorance, and a few month's ago she made business cards for her Red Hat group that looked like this:
Lady's Red Hat Society
First Last Name
1234 N. Elm Street No. ARiz 86004
Ste 122
I told her she used the wrong form of Ladies. Its Supposed to be Ladies, not Lady's.
"Oh, your so silly Heather"
Whatever! I give up!
P.S. New follower from the weekend Social, I'd love for you to stop by when you get the chance!
